In just 4 weeks, change your life forever! This is the homework you must do to graduate to happiness!

Hurt is the most difficult emotion to heal. Anger comes and goes, fear is about that which has not yet even happened! But hurt- unless you heal it, it festers and erodes all the good you want for yourself, all the good you want for your family.

There is no way to avoid hurt in life- unless you are the only person in the whole wide world and were not born of flesh and blood! Because human beings make mistakes and those mistakes often are at others' expense. Damaging those around us, and particularly those we love, can be done with or without conscious intent- hurt is still the result. We can damage those we love by what we do, yes, but also by what we don't do- by neglect, withdrawal, promises un-kept, dismissal, arrogance, avarice, refusal to respond to requests of the heart.

To heal hurt, we must forgive. But there is a reluctance that we experience as an adult when it comes to forgiving. The reluctance is around becoming vulnerable again. We think that as long as we hold onto and acknowledge our hurt and hold it close, we can make sure it doesn't happen to us again- especially the big hurts. And in this act of holding on to our hurt, we reduce our innocence, our freedom, our opportunities for adventure, and for exhilarating all-out love. Is the trade-off worth it? Trust yourself- you can forgive without forgetting! Forgiveness does not mean we should condone bad people or wrongs done. Only that we can let it go- and in letting it go, free ourselves.

After the first meeting, using a process of written affirmations, you will begin to move through the process of forgiveness. Each week you will write in long hand 70 times per day, "I, (your name), now completely forgive Mother (or whomever we are forgiving in that week)." The affirmations may be done in one or two sittings per day, but must be done consciously- in other words not while watching TV. We will forgive Father, Mother, one person of your choosing, and God or Goddess. Each week the forgiveness process will be completed through a gentle breathwork session, facilitated with loving support.

Matthew 18:21-22 in the new King James version of the Bible reads: Then Peter came to Him and said, "Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?" Jesus said to him, "I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven."
